"My Year Of Healthy"

It has always been on my bucket list to track and record how I feel trying different “diets”. Originally I wanted to blog, My Year On a Diet but Healthy is more than just what you are eating.  Healthy is all about lifestyle. 


With that in mind, I am excited to Blog about My Year Of Healthy.  A wellness journey to see what healthy habits and foods work best for me? This will be more than just a weight loss journey.  Healthy includes having energy and focus during the day, sleeping well at night and being able to manage anxiety and stress.
